Welcome to our website. By booking treatments or training courses through our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all clients and course delegates. Please review them carefully before proceeding with any bookings or purchases.
1. Eligibility for Treatment
- Treatments are available only to individuals aged 18 and above.
- We do not offer treatments to individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- All clients must complete a consultation and consent form before undergoing any treatment. Failure to complete this form may result in the refusal of treatment.
2. Booking Fees and Cancellations
- All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment or course place.
- Cancellations or rescheduling made within 72 hours of the scheduled treatment or training course will forfeit the booking fee.
- Appointments or courses rescheduled outside of the 72-hour window may retain their booking fee, subject to availability.
3. Treatment Policy
- Antiwrinkle top-ups are complimentary within two weeks of the initial treatment, should they be necessary and to the discretion of the aesthetician. Top-ups requested after this period will incur additional charges.
- Before and aftercare instructions will be provided, and it is essential that clients follow these guidelines to ensure the best possible outcomes. Failure to adhere to these instructions may result in poor recovery or unwanted side effects.
- Any complications or side effects should be reported to the practitioner immediately.
- All treatments are non-refundable. In cases of dissatisfaction, we will address complaints with professionalism and work towards a mutual resolution with the client.
4. Training Courses
- Delegates enrolled in our dermal filler and botulinum toxin training courses are expected to complete all assessments to the required standard.
- If a delegate does not pass the course on their first attempt, they are entitled to re-join a group session free of charge, to the discretion of the training provider. If a delegate fails the second attempt, they will be offered a discounted third attempt, discretionary to the trainer.
- Each delegate is offered one complimentary shadow day, allowing for further observation and skill refinement. The shadow day is arranged at the trainer’s convenience.
- Delegates during 1:1 sessions are encouraged to capture photos of treatments performed on models during the training day. However, these photos may only be uploaded to social media platforms such as Instagram if the delegate tags and mentions the training academy in the caption. This helps promote and verify their training experience.
- We kindly request that all delegates provide feedback on their training experience. This feedback may be used for marketing purposes to promote our training courses, including testimonials and promotional materials.
- We are not responsible for any malpractice, misuse of techniques, or improper actions taken by delegates after completing and graduating from our training courses. It is the delegate’s responsibility to continue practising within their competency and adhere to legal and ethical standards within the industry.
- Delegates may be photographed or videographed during training purely for advertising and marketing purposes. Should you prefer not to have your images used, please inform us in advance.
Eligibility for Training
- At Nealy Aesthetics Training Academy, we welcome individuals who are passionate about pursuing a career or side job in the aesthetics industry. To ensure that delegates receive the most from our courses and maintain a safe learning environment, eligibility for training is at the discretion of the training provider. All delegates must meet certain criteria: they must be over the age of 18, demonstrate competence, and show a genuine interest in aesthetics.
- At Nealy Aesthetics Training Academy, we are fully committed to providing a safe, supportive, and professional learning environment for all our delegates. However, safety is our top priority, and in rare instances where a delegate’s actions or behaviour are deemed unsafe, dangerous, or unfit for the standards of aesthetic practice, we reserve the right to take necessary action.
- If we assess that a delegate is putting others at risk or is not demonstrating safe practices—even after offering additional support and guidance during the course—Nealy Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or discontinue their training. Unfortunately, in such cases, the delegate may not receive an invitation to re-attend or complete the course, as our primary responsibility is the safety and well-being of both delegates and future clients.
This policy ensures the highest standards of professionalism and safety within the industry, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
5. Payment Terms
- All payments must be made in full before the treatment or training course commences.
- We accept various forms of payment, including credit and debit cards. Payment details must be accurate and up-to-date. Failure to process payment will result in the cancellation of the booking.
- Prices for treatments and training courses are subject to change at our discretion, but any changes will be communicated in advance of the appointment or course date.
6. Insurance and Accreditation
- We are fully insured for all aesthetic treatments and training courses offered.
- Our training courses are CPD (Continuing Professional Development) approved, ensuring that all delegates receive high-quality and accredited education.
7. Health and Safety
- Before receiving treatment, clients must disclose their medical history to determine suitability for the procedure. This information will be kept confidential and is necessary for your safety.
- We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it is not suitable for the client’s health or well-being.
8. Complaints and Resolution
- We are committed to client satisfaction. Any complaints or concerns regarding treatments or training will be handled with professionalism, ensuring that the issue is fully reviewed by the practitioner or trainer.
- If required, follow-up consultations or additional services will be provided to resolve any concerns.
9. Data Protection
- We respect your privacy and will process your personal information in accordance with UK data protection laws. Your information will only be used for the purpose of providing treatments, courses, and associated services.
- We will not share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
- Consent to Photography and Videography – During your treatment, photographs and/or videos may be taken to document the procedure, which may include before, during, and after treatment images. These images are used for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), our website, and any other online or print media associated with Nealy Aesthetics.
- Right to Opt-Out – We understand that some clients may prefer to keep their treatments private. If you do not wish for your photographs or videos to be shared publicly, you must specifically request this at the time of booking or prior to your treatment. Once you have made this request, we will ensure your images remain confidential and will not be used for any marketing purposes.
- Assumed Consent – In the absence of an explicit request to opt out, Nealy Aesthetics assumes consent for the use of your images for the purposes mentioned above. No additional compensation will be provided for the use of these images.
- Right to Withdrawal– If you initially consented to the use of your photographs and later decide to withdraw that consent, you may do so by contacting us. However, any material already published may not be removed from certain platforms or printed materials once distributed.
10. Limitation of Liability
- We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from the misuse of products, procedures, or training provided by us.
- While every care is taken to ensure the highest standards in both treatments and training, we are not liable for any unforeseen complications arising from personal negligence or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
11. Legal Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for any malpractice by delegates who have completed our training course. Each practitioner is responsible for maintaining their own competence and compliance with legal and ethical standards after graduation.
- All treatments are performed by qualified professionals, and while risks are minimal, each client acknowledges that complications, though rare, may occur.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of clients and delegates to review these terms regularly. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
By proceeding with booking a treatment or course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you have any questions, please contact us directly for further clarification.
